Termi Home & Commercial (North Coast NSW) is owned and operated by Kevin and Sharon De Iuliis and have been servicing these areas for 20 years. During that time tens of thousands of local homes have been protected from termites by the Termimesh System.
Kevin De Iuliis has lived on the Mid North Coast of NSW for almost 50 years and has been a registered builder for 15 years. After the initial success of the Mid North Coast Service centre, he went on to purchase the Tweed Richmond Service Centre in 1999 and now the two centres have merged to become known as North Coast NSW.
Kevin and his team have an intimate knowledge of the local building industry and they are renowned for the high level of on-site service. Kevin has been an accredited Termimesh installer since 1993. He is also an accredited Smartfilm installer. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor of Building degree.
